Welcome to the Housing Portal. All information you need for Campus Housing can be found by logging into the UHS housing portal by clicking on the Login link above and enter your SJSU ID number and login password (given to you when you applied to SJSU).
If you have just submitted your application to SJSU, please wait 7-10 business days to receive your SJSU ID number and login information from the University, and then you will be able to log into the UHS Housing Portal.
If you are a new Faculty or Staff member and have been issued a SJSU Employee ID number, please email deniece.paccial@sjsu.edu or call the Housing Office at 408-795-5600 and we will assist you.
The Academic Year 2026-2027 applications open on Tuesday, March 10 at 10:00 AM.

Fall 2026 SVP Application Closed
Due to the high demand and waitlist numbers for our Apartment communities, we are closing the housing application for Campus Village Building A (CVA), Campus Village Building B (CVB), and the application for SVP.
All students may still apply for a space in our Traditional Halls (Joe West or Washburn Halls, Campus Village Building 2 (CV2), Campus Village Building C Suites (CVC).
