This site is for any potential conference groups who are looking to book a stay with us for Summer 2024. The dates of our program are from June 1st - August 4th 2024.

Staying in the residence halls is a comfortable and convenient option for a short or long term stay during the summer. Conference groups, camps, workshops, and individual campus visitors are all welcome to enjoy our summer services.

Each of our residence halls offers unique and advantageous living options that can cater to specific groups. We look forward to hosting your stay.

Due to COVID-19 campus policy, every guest, and or staff member who is staying in University Housing or working on campus will need to be fully vaccinated and boosted (If Applicable) at least two weeks prior to their arrival date. Every guest and or staff member will have to show their vaccine card upon check in, where one of SJSU's staff members will verify they are fully vaccinated.

If you are a returning user (you have registered your conference group previously) and you would like to view what you entered, or enter a new group, please lick on "Login" in the upper right hand corner. Once you login, Please click on "Event Enquiry" in the upper left hand corner and your events you have submitted will appear, and at the bottom of the page is an option to submit a new enquiry.
